The organic matter is biodegraded and decomposed, so that the organic waste is converted into organic fertilizer raw materials, which can be used for soil improvement and landscaping, and finally realize the resource utilization of organic waste.

Working principle

Basic conditions for process operation:
1. Feed water content: the water content should be maintained at 70%±5;
2. The temperature should be maintained between 50~65°C, and the time of maintaining above 55°C should be more than 3 days;
3. Carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N): (20-30): 1;
4. The pH value is controlled between 7~8.5;
5. Organic matter content: content ≥20%;
