WFS SERIES WASTE INCINERATOR

Waste incinerator is a waste incineration treatment equipment for harmless and reduced treatment of garbage that cannot be recycled and reused. Waste incinerator waste disposal operation is simple and easy to use, the operation steps are clear, and it can be used in various fields such as domestic waste, industrial waste, animal waste, and food.

First chamber

The combustion chamber is the main part of the incinerator and is the place where the waste is burned and oxidized after entering. Combustion chambers are usually made of high-temperature resistant materials that can withstand high temperatures and corrosion.
In the combustion chamber, the waste is heated and burned, releasing heat energy and producing waste gases such as carbon dioxide and water.

The secondary mixed incineration

1.First open the feed furnace door and fill a part of the garbage (about 1/4 of the furnace height).

2. Close the furnace door and open the induced draft fan.

3. open the burner, ignition.

4. When the waste in the incinerator is completely burned, the secondary burner is opened and the ignition is carried out in the same steps as the primary combustion.

5.open the primary combustion chamber observation hole to watch the combustion of garba-ge in the furnace to add garbage.
