MBR Discription

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is a kind of advanced technology developed since the end of 20th century which realized the efficient combination of membrane separation technology with biological technology. The membrane separation technology replaces the traditional active sludge method and the normal filter unit, its strong separation ability can make the SS turbidity near to be zero. Hydraulic retention time sludge age is completely separated, the outlet water is good and stable in quality, it can be reused without the third level treatment. Due to the high security and economic and effective water, it greatly expands the scope of application of waste water recycling.

Aerobic tank effect

the aerobic tank is to create an aerobic environment (dissolved oxygen is about 4mg/L), which is conducive to the growth of good trophic microorganisms. Its function is to adsorb and degrade organic matter by aerobic activated sludge. The activated sludge is allowed to undergo aerobic respiration to further decompose organic matter into inorganic matter. Remove most of the cod, ammonia nitrogen and other organic matter in the sewage, remove the function of pollutants. Good operation is the best to control the oxygen content and other requirements of microorganisms, so that microorganisms can have the greatest benefit of aerobic respiration.
